Ingredients
1/2lb Fava Beans (shelled)
4 Tbsp Chermoula
1/2 Preserved Lemon (pulp removed)
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Method
In a medium saucepan boil shelled beans, uncovered until tender, about 10 mins. Strain and while hot, toss the beans in Chermoula with olive oil and Preserved Lemons. Serve warm or at room temp.
